Welcome to Windermere Community Realty

HISTORY

Windermere Community Realty was formed in 2008 by Craig Gilbert and Richard 'Dick' Levy in Portland, OR as part of PDX Metro Commercial LLC committment to better serve clients with residential Real Estate transactions. After Mr. Levy’s passing in 2009, Craig expanded the company in 2010 to better serve the community of Vancouver, WA and in 2016, to Oregon City, OR.

OUTREACH TO THE COMMUNITY

Windermere Real Estate has a long standing reputation of recognizing the needs in our community. A portion of each agent’s commission goes toward the Windermere Foundation. The foundation donates majority of its profits to numerous local charitable organizations. Windermere agents participate in a company-wide annual Community Service Day. Agents collaborate and volunteer with local non-profit organizations to give back to their community. At Windermere Community Realty, we have a soft spot for our furry friends and have a long standing commitment to the Multnomah County Humane Society.
